    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling all administrative documents and correspondence
    • Handling of document filing, data entry
    • Preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices
    • Attending phone calls, mails, delivery services
    • Permit application & renewal for construction industry
    • Staff training registration & records updating
    • Liaise with other depts on Admin/HR matters etc
    • Ad hoc duties assigned

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
    • Required language(s): English & Chinese
    • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to environment
    • Experienced in Construction Industry will be an advantage
