This is an expansion role.


Interested applicants should have:

1) 2 years of experience in
corporate risk management and compliance that is
not related to banks/investment firms.

2) Desire to pursue stable employment.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Check and review annual risk management plan against identified group major risks by HQ
  • Check and review risk assessment items, categories and situations based on direction from HQ and Manager.
  • Liaise with internal respective division/group to review own risks within the company.
  • Report status to Manager
  • Review and update Authorization Standards according to HQ requirements and/or local requirements, with/to Manager.
  • Implement, Review and Update Rules, Policies etc.
  • Review based on updates from HQ and local updates/regulations
  • Ensure internal rules and policies of relevant division/groups in the Companies are aligned and in compliance.
  • Implement, Review, and Update requests from HQ
  • According to requests and/or requirements from HQ implement, review, and/or update for related topics and/or tasks.
  • Liaise with relevant division/group, where required
  • Report the results and/or status to Manager
  • Conduct annual internal control documentation checks for relevant Companies, with Manager
  • Prepare Report status to Manager
  • Review, Prepare materials aligned with relevance to requirements and/or updates from HQ or in accordance with local regulations.
  • Conduct annual educational awareness sessions for refresher and/or share updates.
  • Report to Manager
  • Any other duties assigned

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor degree in Arts/ Science / Business Administration from a recognised tertiary institution
  • Min. 3 years Of relevant working experience or display high interests in risk management and compliance sectors.
  • Good allrounder.
  • Communication skills / Negotiation skills / Analytical skills
  • Able to interact with people from diverse background.
  • Ablto work with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities
  • Able to communicate and grasp concepts and ideas well.
  • Strong grasp Of understanding to information and situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to understand and improve corporate work environment.
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point
