We are currently looking for
Accounts Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:


  • Help out with office administration functions such as housekeeping, ordering of office supplies. (e.g. stationery/name cards)
  • Participate in routine and adhoc programs that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
  • Able to coordinate and faciliate the deployments of workers on various sites.
  • Organising company vehicles/drivers' schedules
  • Manage the control of documents including daily in/out of materials to sites.
  • Support workers related issue such as welfare/benefits in coordination with site officers.
  • Preparation and coordination of regional HR related documents required by Head Office.
  • Some of the secretarial/administrative support.
  • Preparation and coordination of documents for submission ie. Quotations, Invoices, Claims, Tax Filing etc.
  • Arrange business itineraries, travel, visas, insurance, and accommodation
  • Coordinate and arrange travel insurance, scheduling and arranging appointments with clients/ consultants
  • Arrange and preparation of general meetings, schedules and sending out invites,
  • Must be able to communicate, speak and correspond in English.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Able to speak and communicate in Tamil is an advantage
