- Consolidation and preparation of the budget for the Division(s), including tracking of cashflow etc.
- Liaise with Finance Division to control and monitor project cost and prepare general financial administration/report
- Verification of claim and prepare payment for submission to Finance Division for payment
- Vetting of Procurement Document to ensure compliance with our procurement rules and regulation
- Tracking of contract document, contract cost control, contract variations and administration
- Manage general contract administration duties, example monitoring the contract status, expiring of the security deposit and insurance, etc.
- Procure office equipment
- Management of lease and tenancy of CAAS properties
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Trained in Quantity Surveyor and/or Contract Management or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' working experience will be preferred.
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and writing skills, interpersonal skills, organisation skills with multi-tasking capabilities, and an aptitude for details
- Mature, responsible, able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player who is able to work with officers of all levels
- Have an analytical and open mind, and self-driven
- Good knowledge in MS Office, Words and Excel Software

[What the role is]You will be part of the Aeronautical Telecommunications & Engineering team responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of their projects.
