Description

• Design new and enhance existing Training curriculums
• Support in the development of new Training platforms and tools
• Participate and support in core Training development
• Lead, maintain and revise company Training policies, content, and initiatives
• Ensure that all Training materials meet Brand Standards
• Coordinate implementation of the Training Programs with Ops field teams
• Lead and maintain routine calls with Internal and External Stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Training related field
• Strong experience in developing and managing learning and development programs
• Restaurant or Retail operations experience highly desirable
• Solid problemsolving skills and analytical capabilities
• Fluent in English required; Proficiency in Mandarin a plus
