• Study the work MOS, carry out the RA and set up the SWP and control measures.

• Continuiously impriove the corporate HSE management system

• Draft the corporate safety management house-rules.

• Preside the HSE meeting.

• Ensure project site safety compliance and continuous improvement by implementing and co-coordinating safety awareness training /programmers/initiatives

• Assisting Project Manager in incident/workplace investigations and corrective action recommendations

• Execute appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act.

• Liaise closely with Project Managers, clients, main contractors, consultants and authority etc. on all safety and health issues.

• In Charge of safety documentation and control and Review.

• Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times

• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Must possess the WSHO certificate

• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction safety experience

• Processes Work-At-Height & other safety certificates is an added advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
