Job Responsibilities
• Assist to review existing guest touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalise them via ASR app, self-service kiosks or new digital platforms or RPA
• Assist to review existing operations/ back-of-house/ staff touch-points and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation or RPA
• Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitisation or RPA
• Assist in project management and rollout of solutions
Job Requirements
• Currently pursing a degree/diploma in Business Analyst, Business, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems or equivalent
• Individual who is analytical, detailed and possess a strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who is also a self-starter
• Work/academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: project management roles, hospitality, mobile app development, RPA development, Business
• Proficient in MS Office
