Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Investigate defective products at the customer's site and inhouse workshop.
- Create reports internally & for customer based on investigation performed on the defective products
- Explain to customers regarding defective products and negotiate for solution.
- Operate internal NCR system with KITZ HQ and related department
- Do onsite technical assessment and provide engineering solutions
- Provide consultation and offer workable solutions to help solve customers' concerns
- Provide sales support on technical specification & information, data, drawings
- Assemble, service and repair valve & actuators for testing in workshop.
- Perform other adhoc duties assigned by Superior, Head of Department or Managing Director.
- Perform technical training internally and to customer.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Related experience for Customer Service in process & control or instrumentation service industry is preferred. Fresh graduate can apply
- Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions
- Good knowledge on control valves, control and instrumentation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint.
- English fluency (meeting and writing reports inside and outside the company)
