    Description

    We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Leader to join our Global Marketing organization focused on establishing and leading the overall marketing and communications strategy for CBREs Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Enterprise business segment across the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include building an actionable B2B marketing plan to position CBRE in market and communications strategy and execution for GWS senior leadership both internally and externally.

    The ideal candidate will be skilled at driving preference and differentiation through brand, content and product marketing strategies across relevant paid, owned and earned channels, and skilled at working with senior executives to articulate their unique voice both internally and externally in alignment with the larger voice of the company and its brand.

    This role will interface directly with leaders across the firm including full engagement with the GWS Asia Pacific Regional President and manage alignment with key business objectives.

    The candidate must be a hands-on communicator and collaborate seamlessly with Marketing and Communications peers globally and in other business lines and segments as well as Research, Digital & Technology, etc.

    Key Responsibilities Defines the regional market opportunity, competitive differentiation, and buyer personas to drive value and strategy.

    Develop impactful go-to-market plans in support of regional and sector level objectives across events, campaigns, digital engagement, social media, etc to drive awareness and preference.

    Leverages and tailors global programs to address regional business goals. Develops and delivers communication strategies, both internally and externally, that align with the GWS senior leaders goals and objectives.

    Advises on, creates and delivers clear and concise strategic messaging and content across various internal and external engagement channels, including executive communications, events, town halls, intranet, internet, email, newsletters, and thought leadership Provides executive communications support to senior leaders, including internal messaging, speaking engagements, social media, PR and client engagement.

    Tracks and measures the effectiveness and impact of all marketing and communication activities. Contributes to, reviews, and edits the output of team members.

    Qualifications Deep expertise in effective marketing and communications strategies for a multi-faceted, global employee audience; a deep understanding of various communications channels and how to employ them effectively (i.e., email, internet, intranet, video, Teams, town halls).

    Ability to comprehend and interpret business and financial data, analysis and documents, company policies and procedures as well as clients goals and objectives to develop strategic solutions for a fast growth multi-industry sales environment.

    Experience in modern B2B marketing strategies from sales enablement to digital account-based marketing.

    An exceptional writer and clear, concise communicator with an ability to translate complex business strategies and initiatives into compelling, accessible messaging for various audiences.

    Able to create compelling messages using the written word across a variety of formats to drive the business vision and strategy forward.

    Able to write speeches and articles using either the corporate tone of voice or a style reflective of respective leaders.

    Strong attention to detail, including excellent editing/proofreading capabilities and desire to achieve the highest quality deliverables and outcomes possible. Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence internal audiences to achieve key objectives.

    Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action and meet deadlines.

    Able to serve several audiences while remaining committed to generating the right result. Strong ability to multi-task to handle several projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to changing business requirements and priorities. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to line of business and/or overall company.

    Education and Experience 10+ years of related experience and/or training Bachelors degree in a related field, but not critical Experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications or PR agency, with a minimum of 2 in a manager capacity.
