    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth and Technical Project Manager to drive our organization's growth sales initiatives and oversee the execution of technical projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results aligned with our business objectives.

    1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

    · Develop and implement strategic growth plans aligned with the organization's objectives and market opportunities.

    · Identify key growth drivers, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

    · Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and partnership strategies.

    2. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

    · Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.

    · Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to identify areas for growth and differentiation.

    · Assess potential partnerships and alliances to support strategic growth objectives.

    3. Business Development and Partnerships:

    · Lead business development efforts to establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

    · Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and industry influencers, to foster business opportunities.

    · Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commercial arrangements to maximize value and mutual benefits.

    4. Project Management and Execution:

    · Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    · Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

    · Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

    · Provide detail documentation and complete UAT to ensure the quality of product being delivered to clients and partners.

    5. Technical Leadership and Expertise:

    · Provide technical leadership and expertise in project planning, architecture design, and implementation of technical solutions.

    · Collaborate with technical teams, including software developers, engineers, and AI scientists, to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.

    · Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and enhance technical capabilities.

    6. Product and Service Innovation:

    · Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to drive innovation and develop new products, services, and solutions.

    · Identify market needs, customer pain points, and emerging trends to inform product roadmap and innovation strategies.

    · Lead product development efforts, from ideation to commercialization, and oversee market validation and pilot programs.

    7. Sales Enablement and Revenue Growth:

    · Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, tools, and resources to support and drive revenue growth.

    · Provide guidance and support in identifying and pursuing technical opportunities, closing deals, and maximizing customer value.

    · Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

    8. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

    · Communicate growth strategies, project updates, and technical insights to executive leadership, and other stakeholders.

    · Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align efforts, share best practices, and drive collective success.

    · Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and facilitate collaboration on strategic initiatives.

    9. Financial Analysis and Budget Management:

    · Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling to evaluate growth opportunities, ROI, and investment priorities.

    · Develop and manage project budgets, financial plans, and resource allocations to support strategic growth initiatives and ensure financial sustainability.

    · Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators, project costs, and profitability metrics to stakeholders.

    10. Continuous Learning and Professional Development:

    · Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in strategic growth management and technical project management through continuous learning and networking.

    · Pursue relevant training programs, and professional development opportunities to enhance expertise and stay competitive in the field.
