Role and Responsibilities

Coaching software developers to acquire the skillsets and expertise to successfully:

• Interpret and convert functional / feature requirements into justifiable SW implementation designs, leveraging existing and/or industry best practice frameworks
• Author highly efficient software code and automated software unit tests for features/components as assigned by the team leader
• Work in an agile, cross-functional multinational team
• Deliver high-quality best-practice clean code

Possibly function as a Product Owner and lead one of the squads with the following responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Assist the team in "grooming" the product backlog and creating effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist the team in strategizing the delivery whilst providing transparency and managing the expectations of the stakeholders
• Assess "value", develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
