**Job Description: - Implement, manage, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest security standards and protocols.
Participate in the development and refinement of policies and procedures for the SOC, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
Analyze and investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents within the Microsoft 365 framework and broader IT environment.
Coordinate with the IT team to enhance the security posture of the organization through the adoption of advanced Microsoft 365 security features and other tools.
Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices, particularly related to Microsoft 365 usage and security configurations. Stay uptodate with the latest security trends, research, and technologies, particularly those related to Microsoft 365 and SOC operations.

**Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in an IT security role, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 security and SOC operations.
Professional certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:
Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals,

Microsoft Certified:
Security Operations Analyst Associate, CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly desirable.

Proven experience with Microsoft 365 security tools and configurations, including but not limited to Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Secure Score. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC and regulatory requirements related to information security.
