The hiring company is a Global American Software Giant which is a powerhouse in the digital media and software industry, known for its innovative products and cuttingedge technologies.

THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.

The team is hiring for a renewals specialist to manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities of renewals and up-selling expansion opportunities for portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:

Cover enterprise and mid market accounts across SEA including Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Develop renewal & cost saving plans
Identify growth opportunities of accounts in different regions
Manage relationships and execute on renewal cycle seeing B2B clients through to contract endorsement.
Work closely with procurement to ensure smooth renewal processes
Check on account retention statuses and health on a weekly basis
Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies for specific territories

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Renewals, Renewal Account Management with SAAS Companies
Good understanding of the technology/Software sales cycles
Strong account management skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Experience cultivating and developing relationships with B2B clients.
