Description
The structure of Mlion Corporation is a very corporate one. Currently, there are no hourly or blue collared workers. The role of HR will be to manage corporate personnels in a corporate environment.


The hired HR Assistant / Executive will work closely with the Senior HR Executive & the Chief of Staff in expanding the group locally and overseas.

In the near future, we will also seek to build the HR team together.

  • Assist in endtoend recruitment process from job posting, resumes screening, talents selection and interview arrangement.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Assist in preparing Letter of Employment, Confirmation & HR related document.
  • Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding and off boarding process.
  • Update and maintain employees' details and personal files.
  • Assist and manage work review and appraisals.
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and process claim forms.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external events. (i.e. Monthly birthday celebrations)
  • Provide support in daytoday HR Operations.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls when needed.
  • Assist in monthly payroll if necessary.
  • Any other HR / Admin duties may be assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum "O" Level / "A" Level / ITE or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Entry level are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
