Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, particularly within the natural resources, energy, and financial services sectors. As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and helping our clients achieve their performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives to develop and transform clients' business operating models within the natural resources, energy, and financial services industries.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement future state operating models, focusing on areas such as Global Business Services (GBS), logistics optimization, IT operating models, and supply chain transformation.
Provide thought leadership and expertise in areas such as value stream design, performance management, organization structure design, and technology roadmap development.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
Develop business cases, proposals, and go-to-market plans to support the commercialization of new products and services.
Conduct in-depth assessments and interviews to identify gaps, opportunities, and initiatives to drive business transformation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to support their long-term growth and success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on business transformation and operating model design.
Strong understanding of the natural resources, energy, and financial services industries, with experience working on projects in these sectors.
Proven track record of leading successful engagements, driving impactful change, and achieving performance targets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and building strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
