    Student Services
    Handle student enquiries via phone calls and walk-ins.
    Provide accurate and timely information on courses, admissions, and procedures.
    Monitor student attendance to ensure compliance with minimum attendance requirements.
    Ensure students sign in using the QR code system for WSQ courses.
    Student Contracts & Payment Processing (WSQ Courses)
    Generate student contracts using the Training Management System (TMS).
    Process course payments and issue invoices through TMS.
    Manually prepare contracts when required.
    Government Credit Claims
    Ensure SkillsFuture and PSEA claims are submitted and approved before course commencement.
    Class Preparation Support
    Print student materials in advance of class sessions.
    International & General Student Processing
    Manage the admission of international students via the SolarPlus system.
    Generate and issue Letters of Offer through TMS or manually as needed.
    CPE Points Compliance
    Ensure accurate submission and claiming of CPE points for applicable courses (e.g., Phlebotomy).
    Documentation & Compliance
    Ensure student contracts are signed in accordance with the correct procedures.
    Verify that lecturers sign equipment lists when conducting classes at CMNH.
    Certificate Issuance
    Print and distribute certificates for Phlebotomy course graduates.
    Prepare and issue CPR + BCLS cards for students who complete the CPR AED & BCLS courses.
    Resource Management
    Maintain and manage the pantry area to ensure it is adequately stocked for student use.
    Student Communication
    Send out announcements regarding public holidays, events, or updates via email.
    Assist with putting up official printouts/notices from the school or government as needed.
    Graduate Support
    Assist alumni with requests for certificate reprints, result slips, and other academic documentation.
    Minimum Requirement
    Diploma in business/O level minimum

    Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or education-related roles (experience in a training institute or private education centre preferred).

    Soft/Technical Skills
    Familiarity with adult education and WSQ framework is a plus.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
    High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential student information.
