Kerry Consulting is currently partnering a Global Bank to hire for an IT Service Desk Manager.ResponsibilitiesYou are tasked to drive implementation and transformation for IT Service Delivery, NOC, Service Desk and Helpdesk Operations.
You will oversee day-to-day support of all production platofrms, and drive automation across service delivery and operations, implement processes and best practices to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
RequirementsDegree in Information Technology or equivalent.Minimum 12 years experience in IT Project Management, IT Operations and Data Center Operations.
Analytical, able to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of informationPrior experience in managing geo-distributed teams will be of great advantage.
