CRITERIONS
- Telemarket on existing company leads effectively
- Work closely with marketing and sales to handle new generated leads effectively
- Able to identify and filter leads oneself to optimize telemarketing success
- Achieve preview event attendance target
- Telemarket and funnel potential leads to sales personnel for successful conversion
- Work closely and communicate on quality leads transfer to sales personnel
- Strong product grasp (comprehensive training is provided)
- Willing to learn product knowledge and systemically angle in on customer pain points (comprehensive training is provided)
- Maintain and develop relationships with newly acquired and existing customers
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Manager
COMPETENCIES
- Track record of 2 years of experience, preferably in service industry (membership, loan, credit card, etc.)
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage
