Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Director to lead our Interior Design Team. The ideal candidate will possess at least a decade of relevant experience in contract negotiation, business development, project management, and client servicing within the Interior Design industry.

Responsibilities

· Provide strategic directorship & leadership to the interior design team, ensuring it is aligned with company objectives and client needs.

· Responsible for developing new clients and secure new projects.

· Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market reach.

· Apply your expertise in all phases of Interior Design project deliverables, from Concept Design to Construction Administration, to ensure the successful realization of design concepts.

· Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in design leadership, business development, project management, and client servicing within the interior design industry.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the interior design industry l
• Have a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects through all stages of work, particularly within the APAC regions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
