    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are operating a TCM clinic, offering attractive remuneration packages

    -(Basic+ Commission).

    Duty and Responsibilities:

    Front Desk:

    • Greet, welcome, and direct customers appropriately at front desk
    • Answering of incoming calls, texts and attend to email enquiry.
    • Attending to walk-in customer's enquiries on promotions.
    • Registering all customers entering to the clinic via the system.
    • Booking and follow up with all appointment bookings.
    • Coordinating physician consultation and therapist treatment process.
    • Invoicing and processing of claim documents.
    • Dispensary of medicine.
    • Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
    • Managing internal administrative duties.
    • Inventory checking & Stock ordering.

    Consultation & After-Treatment Sales:

    • Provide professional consultation on TCM treatment services and packages.
    • Follow up on consultation with customers after treatment experience.
    • Drive sales to meet sales targets and sales performance KPI.
    • Ambassador for our brand, products and services.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of working experience in Beauty / Aesthetic Clinic/ Massage or Therapy / SPA / Clinic Sales Operations/ Front Desk/ Customer Consultant & related field is required for this position
    • Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
    • Able to work with system WESS and Smart TCM would be an advantage
    • Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team
    • Fast-paced and collaborative working style
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Demonstrating high professional standards, personal commitment and passion for the brand
    • Advance computer skills
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Result-driven and get motivated by bringing in sales to the company.
    • Comfortable in handling mobile phone, email enquiries in English.
    • A Fast learner (Training Will Be provided)
