- Handle full spectrum of small set accounts
- Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL and Bank Reconciliation
- Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation and ensure that inter-companies' balances are accurate
- Handle office admin tasks
- Maintain proper filing and records
- Assisting with on boarding and off boarding staff matters
- Perform timesheet and overtime computation
- Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
- And other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as and when assigned
