    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle full spectrum of small set accounts
    • Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL and Bank Reconciliation
    • Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation and ensure that inter-companies' balances are accurate
    • Handle office admin tasks
    • Maintain proper filing and records

    ·
    • Prepare schedules, highlight discrepancies

    HR

    • Assisting with on boarding and off boarding staff matters
    • Perform timesheet and overtime computation
    • Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
    • And other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as and when assigned

    Requirement:


    • Positive attitude and willing to learn


    • Computer knowledge, Typing, Data entry, MS word


    • Diligent work values, detail oriented


    • Independent and able to follow instructions as given


    • Minimum 1 year working experience
