Customer Service Representative (Full Time)This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location:
Commonwealth MRT
Salary Range :
$2,300-$27,00
Shifting 24 x 7
- Shift time - 8am-8pm
- Monday - Sunday (including public holiday)
Job Description:
- Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
- Liaise with other support teams, or productteams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
