Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client


Work Location:
Commonwealth MRT


Salary Range :
$2,300-$27,00

Shifting 24 x 7


  • Shift time - 8am-8pm
2. 44 hours per week (5.5 days of work)


  • Monday - Sunday (including public holiday)

Job Description:


  • Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
  • Liaise with other support teams, or productteams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
  • Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
