We are recruiting for a global fund management firm with capabilities in equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. They are a CMS license holder issued by MAS.
Reporting to the Head of Fund Management, you will be responsible for conducting through financial research and analysis for publicly traded real estate companies. This will include monitoring and evaluating investment opportunities, analysing market trends, and providing financial insights.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Business or related from a reputable education institute and have at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment operations, audit and/or investment research.
CFA qualifications and/or working knowledge of Bloomberg will be held in high regards.

The firm holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license for fund management issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst located in Singapore. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for financial research and analysis of publicly traded real estate companies. The role will involve monitoring and evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing financial insights.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of full-time relevant work experience in Fund Management, Banking or Finance industry

Applicants must be Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
Self-starter who is able to self-manage and prioritize workload
Takes ownership of tasks and able to problem-solve
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiar with Bloomberg
