about the job

Administer and manage marketing logistics, inventory
Ensure timely third-party collection and delivery of stock, marketing items, and trade materials to boutiques, retailers, and events.
Coordinate logistics fieldwork, including receiving general cargo and managing stock movements.
Collaborate with the company-assigned forwarder for warehouse storage processes.
Supervise the general office and marketing store, maintaining cleanliness and order.
Conduct weekly/monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Verify and reconcile shipments against purchase invoices, following up with HQ on purchase-related issues.
Ensure quality control on new shipments
Perform general administrative duties and provide support to other departments.

job requirement:
Min 2 years of relevant experience

Comfortable with supporting warehouse duties
