ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Head Chef on ongoing menu development for our standard menus, internal menu tastings and photo shoots.
  • Preparation and cooking of dishes as displayed on the menus decided upon.
  • Participate in kitchen cleanliness and maintainance.
  • Participate in outlet cleanliness and maintainance.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 23 years of proven experience with Japanese cuisine in a related capacity.
  • Exceptional proven ability in Culinary management.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Educational qualifications from a recognised culinary institution is preferred.
