Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Head Chef on ongoing menu development for our standard menus, internal menu tastings and photo shoots.
- Preparation and cooking of dishes as displayed on the menus decided upon.
- Participate in kitchen cleanliness and maintainance.
- Participate in outlet cleanliness and maintainance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 23 years of proven experience with Japanese cuisine in a related capacity.
- Exceptional proven ability in Culinary management.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Educational qualifications from a recognised culinary institution is preferred.
