Roles & Responsibilities:
- Office Management Ensure the day to day running of Singapore office is conducted to the highest standards and with integrity at all times.
Ensure the orders received from customers are checked for accuracy. Follow and maintain Singapore order SOP. Manage the credit limit with Finance and Suppliers Follow-up on the timeline of order deliveries and collection.
Accounting Management of the Purchase Ledger Credit Control Manage bank accounts and accounts reconciliation Responsible for all aspects of bank, GST and audit matters.
General Duties Provide support to the sales and marketing team Responsible for handling any product complaints and reporting these to the Management Responsible for controlling marketing material and literature stocks Managing staff annual/ medical leave records.
Requirement :
5-10 years' experience in office management or administration Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software (Navision) Able to work independently, manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documents
