- Assist in ensuring that all components in the Systems & Common Services are in compliance with the functional and IT security requirements
- Assist in maintaining a streamlined Systems & Common Services by proactively seeks areas to improve and continuously research and evaluate new technologies/methodologies and give recommendation.
- Assist in ensuring smooth Systems & Common Services operations and in compliance with policies and SOP
- Assist in managing IT projects and coordinate with the other parties to guarantee its success
- Assist in managing vendors for projects and contracts
- Assist in planning and tracking of projects and budget
- Manages the training of new support team members on relevant work areas
- Manages the training of existing team members or users on new software or changes to the Systems & Common Services
- Provide as an escalation level from application support team.
- Relevant qualification, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 4 years of IT experience is preferred
- A hardworking, dynamic person who takes initiative and able to multi-task and handle diverse portfolios
- Able to work as a team with applications team, security team, or other stakeholders
- Strong conceptual understanding on the following areas (preferably with work experience): Common services such as ePayment gateways, SIngpass/MyInfo, IT Ticketing system DevSecOps Middleware such as API Gateways, FTP exchanges, ESB
