Job Scopes:


  • Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works,
  • Lead and resolve all conflict, manage project documentation, planning, coordinate with sub-contractors,
vendors and liaise with client.

  • Ensure projects deliver on time and with best quality.
  • Understanding of Project Management Procedures and Documentation.
  • Reporting of job progress to management weekly.
  • Cost conscious in management of all activities to increase profitability
  • Attend all project meetings and discussion.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Project team in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site
supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers

  • To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties.
  • Support Project director to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards
and are of highest quality.

  • Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
  • Conduct project site inspection.

Requirements:


  • Related qualification in Interior architecture and decoration3 years of relevant working experience in interior
design fit-out work.

  • Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details.
  • Excellent project & people management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills.
