Team Administrative and Operations support
- Provide adhoc support to Director's scope
- Assistance to meetings and minutes
- Office arrangements and documentations
- Scheduling of Director's appointments
- Assist in organising company events and activities
HR Supports
- Liaising interview process and follow up on onboarding progress
- Conduct interviews screening process
- Involve in recruitments activities
Required Competencies:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Strong in Verbal communications
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Efficient to strike good time management
- When needed, to multi task and handle different tasks concurrently
- Meeting deadlines and even overperform impressively
- Minimum Diploma in business or equivalent preferred
Company note:
Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
