About Product Team


With Doctor Anywhere driving to become a product-led organization, our Product team is responsible for shaping our product strategy, and striving to bring the best products and services to both our users and the future of Doctor Anywhere.

Our team consists of passionate, talented and ambitious Product Managers and Designers who continuously evolve our products to maximize business value and improve user experience.


About the Role

As our Head of Product, you will

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the product management and product design teams.
  • Oversee the conception, design, development, and management of innovative healthcare products for our B2C and B2B segments.
  • Own the product roadmap and strategy, working closely with various stakeholders (internal teams, customers, partners) to understand market needs and trends.
  • Drive the implementation of product vision and strategy across all product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market demand.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, data, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure product development aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the endtoend product lifecycle, including conceptualization, launch, performance tracking, and iterative improvement.
  • Drive usercentric design and decision making, backed by data analysis, user feedback, usability findings, and market trends.
  • Serve as an effective communicator and advocate for the product team, building strong relationships with other teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within a healthcare tech company. Experience in a B2B and B2C environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a product team during a scaleup phase.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, telehealth services, and healthcare insurance is a plus.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful and innovative digital products to market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Knowledge of usercentered design principles and practices.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence without authority.
