- Partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape the change vision and translate it into a change management strategy and are responsible for these change deliverables – change plan, change impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, learning strategy, behaviour change strategy, change effectiveness survey, business benefits realisation, adoption and embedment strategy.
- Define the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms required to deliver the organisational initiatives; this includes being able to identify the learning interventions to skill clients' target audience (internal staff, or external users) to operate in the new technologies adopted, or new ways of working.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team and ensure team's deliverables are completed on schedule, to a high level of quality and to client satisfaction.
- Manage and coach internal team to high performance.
- Develop deep and trusting working relationships with client sponsors/ leadership.
- Work with global stakeholders both virtually and in-person.
- Define metrics and measure business adoption and business benefits realisation. Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely using innovative channels, to capture the hearts and minds of stakeholders.
- Drive business development including outreach, account management, proposal development and RFP response.
- Experienced consulting professional with 5-10+ years experience (Manager: 5-6 years, Senior Manager: 6-9 years, Director: 9+ years).
- Strong organisation & change management professional with experience in change planning, executive engagement, change impact analysis and organisation recommendation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-makers effectively.
- Experience of working globally with clients and stakeholders around the world.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and navigate complex organisational challenges.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding and application of data and GenAI in their daily work and customer applications including in digital adoption and training.
- Experience in business development, including outreach, account management, proposal development and RFP response.

The Role
As part of ongoing growth, POP is looking for Organisation & Change Consultants at the Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level, based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. These individuals will lead and deliver organisation and workforce transformation projects, develop change management strategies, and engage with stakeholders to identify and address business performance challenges. Responsibilities include analysing organisational performance, executing business transformation initiatives and supporting leadership in decision-making processes.
