- AutoCad draughting and knowledge in BIM technology is preferred. Possess NTC / ITE / Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to do submission of architectural drawings to government authorities, tender and construction drawings.
- Able to work independently without supervision and good knowledge of local building codes.
- Perform BIM clashes review and carry out BIM modelling works.
- To assist Architectural Manager as required.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
