Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining companys' financial books by computerized systems.
  • Assist in handling admin work
  • Assist in handling account receivables, accounts payable & general ledger
  • Filing of documents and update of files
  • Assist in banking transactions
  • Purchase and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies, equipment and furniture
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:


  • Able to multitask and prioritise work
  • Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude
  • Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • At least Degree and above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
