Maintenance Engineer - Singapore - ORCHARD GRAND COURT PTE LTD
Description
1. To manage the various engineering sections economically, efficiently and safely.- To set up and document engineering policies and procedures.
- To supervise and delegate work to the technicians.
- To ensure that all equipment performed to the requirement.
- To ensure that all maintenance work is carried out as per scheduled.
- To maintain and service all building services and capital equipment.
- To prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly report, quarterly engineering reports for control and planning requirements.
- To highlight discrepancies and recommend improvements and changes when necessary.
- To prepare and consolidate engineering annual budget and reports.
- To recruit and train engineering staff.
- To attend and resolve to guests' needs and complaints.
- Experience in PC support, network, equipment and network cabling support preferred.
- Efficiently handling technical support accidents, requests and changes.
