    You will be a part of HPB's Mental Health Education department, which strives to promote mental wellbeing for our population through equipping them with coping skills and creating a supportive environment. The Department is responsible for implementing programmes and forge collaborative relationships with agencies across sectors to reach out to the various target groups.

    What you can expect

    As a key member of the Mental Health Education Department, you will be in charge of developing and implementing self-directed mental health digital programmes such as Sleep Challenge and MindSG portal, and scale up efforts training of peer supporters, with the aim to improve mental wellness of Singaporeans.

    In addition, you will ensure service delivery of the mental health programmes are according to standards. You will be expected to monitor programmes take-up and budget utilisations, and auditing of programmes and discussion with vendors.

    Last but not least, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring smooth execution and service delivery of on-ground programmes to support the mental health literacy campaign that involves webinars, workshops and conversations series. You will liase with the vendors and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that there is uptake of the programmes.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization

    • Strong analytical skills to derive valuable insights and understanding
