Job Summary:


  • 5 days work per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Saturday duty if required
  • Multiple location to choose Novena, Clark Quay, Woodlands and Changi
  • AWS + VB

Responsibility:


  • Oversee the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of assigned properties, ensuring the efficient and orderly operation of the engineering office, workshop, and all M&E plant rooms.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineering staff.
  • Identify and recommend relevant training courses.
  • Conduct regular briefing and training sessions.
  • Check and approve shift duty roster for staff.
  • Ensure that work order status is updated.
  • Ensure compliance with safety equipment, work methods, and procedures.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide feedback on staff performance.
  • Planning and implementing building maintenance programs.
  • Liaise with government authorities, statutory boards, architects, engineers, and other personnel.
  • Review M&E building and maintenance specifications.
  • Conduct daily inspections of common areas, public walkways, external façade, etc.
  • Identify potential energy conservation opportunities and possess basic knowledge of energy management.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or property management.

Requirements:


  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience working in hotels, retail, or commercial properties.
  • Willingness to be on standby duty when required.
  • Strong experience in liaising with stakeholders.
