Technical Manager (Cybersecurity Products)

The role will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, architecture/design and management of our inhouse developed cybersecurity products. At the senior level, he/she will be expected to manage technical resources for the product development.
The role may require working actively in partnership with the wider project team
You will also work on optimising resources to meet product development constraints taking into account such concerns as Client budget, skills availability, and complexity of the solution.
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering in computer science, information technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in the Information Technology field managing software development products/projects

- (Good to have) Knowledge or hands-on experience working with cryptography and/or networking technologies
- (Good to have) Knowledge or hands-on experience working with embedded systems

Ability to manage with mínimal supervision and work in a deadline driven environment
Strong communication and reporting skills
Good leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities well
Align, organize and plan activities and tasks in an Agile way for and with the worldwide team
