Description

Perform the power supply (for high voltage / medium voltage / traction / low voltage parts) basic engineering activities of a project:

Analyze customer's specifications / requirements and design components of the Power Supply Traction Power System accordingly
Provide electrical architectures, technical specifications, functional specifications and interface specifications
Provide calculation notes
Review and ensure the technical validation of the supplier's equipment offers
Perform the power supply (for high voltage / medium voltage / traction / low voltage parts) detailed engineering activities of a project:
Production of BOQ's
Follow-up and validation of the technical drawings and manuals from the equipment supplier
Deliver detailed design documents
Prepare reports and schedules for internal use
Provide the factory test procedures of the equipment
Participate at the factory acceptance tests of the equipment
Assist the "Power Supply Design Leader" for coordination / interfaces with:
The HQ power supply engineering team (including automation and installation teams)
The others sub-systems of the project, particularly: Systems, civil works, SCADA, catenaries, return current, EMC, earthling and bonding
The on-site power supply engineering team (if any)
The Quality process, RAMS requirement and SHE requirement
The customer
The project management team
The suppliers, the subcontractors, and the partners
Contribute to the enforcement of good practices within the design team
Provide technical support to Construction and Test and Commissioning teams with regards to design issues
Participate to the Asbuilt documentation drawings modifications.
