Food & Beverage Executive - Singapore - THE LEGENDS FORT CANNING PARK PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of all dining establishments.
- Support, supervise, and allocate daily work to team members.
- Monitor work performance of the team and provide service trainings for team members in handling of POS, daily closing, and reporting.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high service standards.
- Proactively review and suggest improvements of SOPs.
- Support the planning and execution of special events.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints and feedbacks.
- Guide guests to the tables, take and serve orders, and provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Other required Skill(s): knowledge of food, beverage, marketing and sales.
- Experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service.
- Able to commit rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fully COVID19 vaccinated.
