Description

Job Description:

· Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures

· Prepare monthly journals, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations

· Responsible for monthly and year-end closing

· Prepare regulatory / internal reporting, premium aging analysis and bad debt provisions

· Prepare audit schedules, GST report, corporate taxes

· Prepare GL journal entries and bank reconciliation

· Manage day-to-day accounts payable & receivable functions

· Prepare and review MAS and Management reports

· Handle statistics surveys and statutory matters

· Keep abreast of key changes in accounting standards and tax regulations

· Prepare monthly submission of CPF and yearly IR8A

· Handle petty cash reimbursements & expenses claim

· Assist in any Ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant accounting qualifications

· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and has a positive attitude

· Able to work independently in meeting deadlines, meticulous and a good team player

· Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice.
