Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Japanese leading global Private Equity buyout funds is currently hiring a Vice President at Fund Investment Division in Singapore due to sustained growth within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs into the global equity sustainable investment strategy and business plan.
• Responsible for driving investment recommendations in private equity.
• Manage, drive and lead the selection of new investments and monitor existing investments.
• Drive the production of quantitative analysis and qualitative due diligence for both new and existing investments.
• Communicate with third party managers to agree on investment and commercial terms.
• Lead on execution of specific APAC client and product opportunities.
• Travel may be required periodically to meet with clients and other key internal/external partners.
• Manage team resources and support the development of junior team members

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, Law or a related field
• Relevant experience in private equity industry
• Experience in product management and team leadership, experience in working with clients
• Strong communications and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, organised and disciplined in managing work flows with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written ability in English
• Reporting to the Japan office. Business level proficiency in Japanese is essential
