    How you succeed

    Be a key support for the Group Compensation & Benefits team partnering with multiple entities across OCBC Group to implement compensation and benefits initiatives

    What you do

  • Support the team in the implementation and communication of the compensation philosophy, policies and programmes across OCBC Group
  • Support the team in the preparation of materials required for contracting and onboarding of new vendor.
  • Support the team in the implementation of compensation and global mobility modules via new core hr system
  • Support Share Plan Administration for ESOS and DSP
  • Support the team in other compensation/global mobility initiatives and projects as and when required

    Qualifications

    Who you are

  • Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
  • Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to details with good project management skills.
  • Meticulous, analytical and numerate. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and partner with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive in initiating and recommending changes in order to improve existing processes.
