Client Account Service Executive [Sales Representative]

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
Salary range: $2,500 - $3,000 + Incentive (if hit target)
Location: Potong Pasir // Geylang Bahru

Roles:

Please note that this is a Sales Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the first contact point for our existing clients.
• Meet personal and group sales targets.
• Provide quality customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and build strong client relationships
• Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up closely
• Service and manage new sales leads from sales development
• Submit monthly sales forecast and track sales figures
• Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Sales Division

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in account servicing and sales support.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
