    SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.

    For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a Senior API Engineer.

    Details:

    • Role: Senior API Engineer
    • Location: Remote, with occasional sessions in the EU.
    • Start: asap
    • Duration: 6 months+ extension

    Scope:

    • Design and develop high-performance REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
    • Architect scalable, secure backend services for a global mobile fan engagement platform.
    • Integrate third-party services and authentication using OAuth2 / OIDC.
    • Build and maintain APIs supporting real-time data, personalization, and analytics.
    • Ensure reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance in AWS-based environments.
    • Collaborate with mobile, product, and data teams across time zones.
    • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the SDLC.

    Skills:

    • Strong experience with Python and FastAPI.
    • Solid knowledge of REST API design.
    • Experience with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and third-party API integrations.
    • Understanding of distributed systems, API gateways, and load balancing.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, ElastiCache).
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, horizontal scaling, and fault-tolerant systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
