Description

• Knowledge of terminology, computer/machine literate (e.g. boring macihne, CNC machine etc....).
• Operate machines to shape carbide parts to specifications in tooling prints using drawings, existing programs and verbal instructions.
• Verify the equipment has been set up in a safe and operational manner.
• Understand how to read production drawings, product requirements on the traveler, and know where critical characteristics are.
• Able to deburr parts while machine is running.
• Monitor the operation of machine to assure the machine is operating safely and is producing a quality part.
• Can adjust the machines according to dimensional nonconformity.
• Report any machine malfunction or safety condition.
• Positive, be proactive, detail oriented and collaborative with good organizational skills to deftly manage the multiple competing priorities of the role.
• Possess good working attitude, reliable, analytical skills, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful and selfmotivated.
• Ability to prioritize work, meticulous and attention to details and high accuracy of work.
• A great problem solver, ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Ability to be a team player, works effectively with various levels within an organization, including seniorlevel leadership, professionals and staff and quickly build relationships.
• Other tasks as directed by management.
• Maintain work area (housekeeping).
• Ability to alternate shifts (day/night)
