Description
Our Client is a Singapore-based IT security company that provides design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning to post-implementation maintenance. They are looking for a Senior Engineer (Office Transformation).
- 【 What you will be doing 】

  • Analyse Business Processes
  • Support the mapping and reviewing of existing business processes to identify areas of improvement, with a focus on achieving cost savings, quality improvements, increased efficiencies, and reduced risk
  • Evaluate the viability and feasibility of solutions that improve the identified business processes
Identify Business Needs- Elicit and analyze business and information requirements from key stakeholders and assess relevant solutions and their potential impact

  • Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, and solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks
  • Support the translation of business needs into analytic and reporting requirements
Develop Technical Specifications- Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications

  • Verify that business requirements are incorporated into system design
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on User Acceptance Testing
Analyse Data- Recommend, identify, and gather data from internal systems and external sources

  • Clean databases for duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant information
  • Perform data validations and quality control checks
  • Mine data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
Report Insights- Design data reports and use visualization tools to facilitate data understanding

Facilitate Change Management- Support the development of change management plans

  • Develop technical documentation and training materials
  • Conduct user training to facilitate the adoption of new systems
Others- Function as Project Manager when required


Qualifications:


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent
  • Min 35 Years of relevant working experience
  • Technical Skills and Competency:
  • Business needs analysis (Gap analysis, capability analysis. etc)
  • Business process reengineering (Lean Six Sigma, Agile )
  • Data Engineer, Analysis and Visualisation (SQL, Python, Tableau, )


  • Software Testing

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication and strong people management
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and creative thinking
  • Strong team player and transdisciplinary thinking
