    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director focused on delivering Managed Services and Solutions to Clients through Ramco's Proprietary offering "Payce". The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies within their assigned region covering the geographies of Singapore, HK, Greater China, Japan and South Korea, to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The Regional Sales Director will play a key role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Existing experience in selling technology solutions like AI/ML, In-Memory Optimization/RPA tools to the C-Suite and eliciting Value Proposition to clients in this region will be of importance to excel in this role.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience in payroll services, human capital management, or related industry, with at least 3 years in a Sales leadership role.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
