Core Responsibilities:


  • Compare identifying information of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Reject damaged items, record shortages, and other conditions.
  • Input receivable into ERP system.
  • Assist in maintaining Export shipping data and customer preference files.
  • Assist in examining outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
  • Perform outgoing packing and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Ensure export compliance and regulatory requirements are followed.
  • Track shipments as required to ensure delivery to customers.
  • Assist Logistics Officer in coordinating with local freight companies and freight forwarders on returning and shipping customer's products to them.
  • Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
  • Proper bookkeeping of temporary loan inventory and its return.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
  • Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.

Qualifications:


  • 35 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in ERP systems, use of lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Ability to interpret job repair travelers and knowledge on outbound shipment packing and documentation.

Gross Salary range:
$2,000 - $2,200

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:48pm


Salary:
$2, $2,200.00 per month
