- Brainstorm, create and execute social media advertisement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) for brands
- Create social media content calendar with creative ideas and strategy to market clients' product/services online
- Prepare copywriting and conceptualisation of social media posts
- Assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of social media campaigns
- Analyse statistics of completed social media campaigns for reporting and optimisation
- Responsible for conceptualization and designing marketing collaterals and other related works
- Maintain consistency across all creative elements
- Understand creative directions according to marketing requirements
- Responsible for timely execution / delivery of design projects
- Able to work under pressure, independently and as a team
- Partake in other ad-hoc tasks if necessary
- 1 to 3 years of graphic designer/digital marketing experience
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Design, Video, Communications, Media or related industries
- Proficient with Adobe Suite
- Equipped with Photography & Video Editing Skills
- Social Media Savvy, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Equipped with copywriting skills is a plus
- Great sense of aesthetics, flexible in design style, full of creativity, passion and patience
- Possess a proactive attitude to work in a dynamic but fun team-based environment
- Growth Mindset
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
