Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.

Responsibilities
- As a Digital Fulfilment Lead, you are responsible for Business Development on full Suite of SME Products from new to bank and nonRM tagged accounts, define digital acquisition strategies and be the change agent to support digital initiatives.
- To lead a team of Relationship Managers on Digital Acquisition for Small Medium Enterprises customers through Digital Channels and leads generated from algorithms/models.
- Actively partner with Product Manager/ Data Scientist to develop impactfocused digital strategies to scale acquisition and lead the team to support active cross sell to increase bank's wallet share.
- Being customer centric and have deep understanding of customer journeys by developing personas and conducting task analysis and research, through scenarios.
- Review existing processes to improved workflow and efficiency. Ability to articulate business requirements to key stakeholders and develop solutions to address problems.
- Provide regular and structured reporting of business outcomes, highlighting key issues.
Requirements:
- Preferable to have minimum of years of work experience in managing SME Sales Team and transformational initiatives.
- Individual with a strong interest and natural curiosity in exploring various areas on workflow automation, data analytics and customer journeys.
- Able to adapt quickly and work in a fastpaced environment, and systematically breakdown complex issues into wellstructured solutions that are thought through end to end.
- Good knowledge on credit analytics, corporate finance, banking products & services and loan.
- Resultsoriented, resourceful and possess keen business acumen in identifying and developing business opportunities.
